We’re committed to making checkout smooth, secure and transparent for every UK customer. This policy explains the payment methods we accept and how your transaction is processed on craighton.co.uk.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed in GBP (£).

2. Payment Security

  • Checkout pages are protected by SSL encryption (look for the padlock icon).

  • Card data never touches our servers; it is tokenised and processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway.

  • We comply with PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements for UK & EEA cardholders.

3. Order Confirmation

Once payment clears, you’ll receive an order-confirmation email with full details.
Didn’t get it within 24 hours? Check spam/junk first, then email contact@craighton.co.uk and we’ll resend it.

4. Currency & Bank Fees

All prices and charges are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
If you pay with a non-GBP card, your bank may convert the currency and/or apply a foreign-transaction fee—these costs are outside our control.

5. Failed or Declined Payments – Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm sufficient funds / credit limit.

  2. Double-check card number, expiry date and CVC.

  3. Ensure 3-D Secure / SCA code (if prompted) is entered correctly.
